Sandra Hoellig's Homeschool Success Story From New York
Sandra Hoellig shares her homeschool success story. She shows that homeschoolers do enter college.
Here is Sandra Hoellig's story in her own words.
Peter was homeschooled until he entered college full time at age 15. He took college level math, night classes at 14. Now, at 19 years old, he will graduate from University of NY at Buffalo (UB) with his masters degree in computer science. He has a 3.9 GPA. He has been interviewing this week with Northrop, Lockheed, Spawar, Epic Health, and others. His present employer has given him the responsibility to hire his replacement. God has HIS hand on Peter! He and his sister feel blessed to have been homeschooled. They often speak of the advantages and their wonderful memories. They wish to homeschool their children.

Congratulations, Sandra, on succeeding at homeschooling! You have done a wonderful job of raising your two children. Many parents who are new to homeschooling may feel that it is a daunting task. And one of the arguments against homeschooling is that colleges don't accept homeschoolers. You have clearly proven it wrong. Your success story will certainly be an inspiration to parents who have been worried about this. God bless you and your family.
