Gainsville Town was besieged by gun toting bandits last year. Simon Sheriff nabbed 45 bandits in January and put them in jail. He caught twice that number of bandits in February and jailed them too. When Sheriff Simon was solving a Second Grade math problem one hot afternoon in March, 90 bandits escaped from jail. Simon Sheriff then decided to put the remaining bandits equally into 5 escape-proof jail cells. How many bandits were in each jail cell?
